1. Who processes the data
The website operator is Burakorn Partners Co., Ltd., Thailand. Address: 30th Floor, Bhiraj Tower at EmQuartier, 689 Sukhumvit Rd, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110. Contact: partnerships@uotrade.com, +66 2 017 2953.
2. What data we receive
Through the inquiry form we may receive your name, company, corporate email, phone, website, location, purchase description, comments and uploaded files. When you subscribe we receive your email, language, interest, page and form location, the date of consent, UTM parameters and referrer. Technically we may also process your IP address, browser type and information about interaction with the website.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Inquiry data is used to review the request, prepare a proposal and contact the requester. A subscriber's email is used separately to send Thailand Sourcing Intelligence about suppliers, manufacturing and export from Thailand. Both are processed on the basis of your consent.
4. Storage and transfer
Files are stored in private Vercel Blob storage. Subscribers are kept separately from commercial inquiries in Resend Contacts and Segment, notifications are sent via Resend, and the website is hosted on Vercel. Data may be processed outside the requester's country to the extent necessary. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention period
Inquiry data is kept no longer than necessary to handle the request and the business relationship. Subscription data is kept until unsubscribe or a deletion request; after unsubscribing the address is marked as unsubscribed to prevent further emails. You can request deletion or clarification at partnerships@uotrade.com.
6. Cookies and analytics
The website uses necessary technologies and local storage for the cookie choice, the subscription popup hide period, and the subscription success confirmation. Vercel Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you click “Accept analytics”. Subscription events contain no email. You can opt out by choosing “Necessary only”.
7. Unsubscribing and your rights
You can request access, correction, restriction of processing or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to partnerships@uotrade.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out earlier.
