1. General
The uotrade.com website is owned by Burakorn Partners Co., Ltd. and is intended to introduce UO Trade's services and to channel business inquiries.
2. Not an offer
The website content is informational and does not constitute a public offer, a guarantee of product availability, price, delivery time or the feasibility of any specific transaction. Terms are agreed separately in writing.
3. User responsibility
By submitting a request you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to share the files and other information. Uploading malicious files, third-party confidential information without permission, or unlawful materials is prohibited.
4. Transaction review
The feasibility of sourcing, purchasing, payment, export and import depends on the product, the parties to the transaction, applicable law, and sanctions and compliance requirements. UO Trade may decline a request before a separate agreement is concluded.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, design and materials of the website are protected. Their commercial copying or use of UO Trade's marks without written permission is not allowed.
6. Governing law and contacts
